Empyrean Services entered into a Teaming Agreement with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT).  GDIT provides information technology, systems engineering, professional services and simulation and training.  Empyrean Services will be supporting GDIT with quality staff augmentation services to implement work management software at nuclear generating stations.

Empyrean Services entered into a Loan of Personnel Agreement with SNC Lavalin Nuclear.  SNC-Lavalin, a Canadian firm, is one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world.  Their subsidiary, SNC Lavalin Nuclear (SLN) is a major supplier of nuclear services and the CANDU reactor technology.  Empyrean will be supporting SLN with quality staff augmentation services.

The Empyrean Group, an affiliate of Empyrean Services, was identified as the areas third largest minority-owned firms.  Empyrean Services was noted as the 27^th largest.

Empyrean Services entered into an addendum to our contractor agreement to provide QC Inspector staffing for Day & Zimmermann, specifically to support the Duke Energy spring outage season at several nuclear units. 

Empyrean Services attended the Nuclear Plants Current Issues Symposium in Charlotte, NC.  It is a leading US forum addressing issues facing nuclear power producers. Dave Kaskie, Vice President Empyrean Services, represented Empyrean.

Empyrean Services fully enrolled in Exelon’s Supplier Diversity Program.  Additionally, several minor contractual documents have been processed in anticipation of supporting Exelon’s staffing needs throughout their organization. 

Empyrean Services entered into an Agreement for Temporary Staffing Services with Black & Veatch Corporation. Under this agreement, Empyrean will supply staff augmentation services as requested. These services will be provided at the Black & Veatch headquarters in Overland Park, KS, and at their project locations globally. 

Empyrean Services entered into an agreement with System One to provide staff augmentation services under System One’s Vendor Management System (VMS) at Westinghouse.  Empyrean is the first sub-vendor to be trained on the Westinghouse / System One VMS.  These services will be provided to Westinghouse at their headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA, and at Westinghouse project locations globally. 

Empyrean Services attended the Utility Working Conference in Amelia Island, FL sponsored by the American Nuclear Society.  It is a leading US forum addressing issues facing nuclear power producers.

Empyrean Services entered into an independent contractor agreement to provide staff augmentation services as requested. These services will be provided at the AMEC AES office location in Naperville, Illinois or at their client locations.
