Empyrean Services entered into an Agreement for Temporary Staffing Services with Black & Veatch Corporation. Under this agreement, Empyrean will supply staff augmentation services as requested. These services will be provided at the Black & Veatch headquarters in Overland Park, KS, and at their project locations globally.
